Operation use

1,install the seat rest
Insert the seat rest into the square hole of the longerons, and fixed it by the pins.
The seat rest can install on the any side of the paving machine.

2,install the electrical control panel
Warning! Install the electric cabinet is to cut off power supply.
Take out the electrical control panel from the transmission box, and fixed it on the seat rest by pins.

3,Operate the machine up and down
Open the power switch, and the power indicator light is light.

 

4,adjust the height of the pre-strike-off rail

Structure & Function	1. Used for spreading, paving the bottom layer of plastic stadiums,  like running track, rubberized playgrounds, etc.
	2. Framework: with a firm and stable welded H-type structure,  and a rust-proof paint layer, it may accommodate any poor condition in the construction site.
	3. Front scratchboard: welded joint structure,  the ground clearance is manually adjustable through a screw,  which controls the thickness of the floor layer. The width may be adjusted through a limiting board.
	4. Driving device: the main driving system is a motor-driven chain,  with the speed smoothly controlled by a frequency converter, which is featured as stably and precisely moving ahead or  back in motion.  It may be equipped with different  belts for different bottoms.
