1. The press is composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column.
2. The hot plates are obtained by 35# steel plates after normalizing handling and then adopting double scale rolling.
3. Up and down platforms adopts Q235 steel plates. In order to guarantee the make precision, it is applied with automatic cutting baiting, mechanical slicer producing welded groove, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. It all adopts alloy welding wire welding and after welding takes whole enter into stove to go on the hot treatment to remove the welding stress exhaustively. And then go on mechanical producing to guarantee it won't become deformed.
4. The cylinder's material is QT500-7 and HT200 for piston. Moreover, we can also manufacture the cylinder with ZG270-500 material and piston with cold hard chilled alloy cast iron.
5. And sealing structure applies the combined structure with double sealing ring and one dustproof ring to guarantee longer service. The piston rise and fall under the working hydraulic pressure. When the piston fall(plates starting to work) depending on the weight of the plates, platform and piston to drive the hydraulic oil flowing back oil stock container to realize falling purpose.
6. The assembled oil pump is the source of power of press which supplies working oil with certain pressure. The oil enter into cylinder through controlling valve and move the hand shank to different places to realize the rising and falling of the piston.
7. The electrical controlling system adopts automatic and semi-automatic controlling method. When adopting automatic controlling way, it can be switched into manual control.
